In our community, I understand firsthand how self-care can often take a back seat amidst the demands of daily life and responsibilities. That's why I integrate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you manage chronic stress, anxiety, and other complex feelings you may be experiencing.

My approach to therapy blends empathy, attentiveness, and the occasional touch of humor to create a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported. Life is filled with never ending responsibilities, mountains, and valleys. While all are purposeful, we deserve spaces to sift through feelings and develop tools to navigate our way through each one. My hope is that in our time together we can dissolve the taboo surrounding difficult conversations so you can show up authentically, take action, and give sound to all your emotions.
