Honest Hour is a virtual therapy practice serving BIPOC communities in NY, NJ, MD, DC.

The goal of each session is to compassionately support you in navigating life’s transitions and collaborate with you to mindfully enhance your sense of self and live fully in your truth.

 

Each therapist at Honest Hour is in network with at least one insurance including: Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Oscar Health, Oxford. Please review their profile or call us to confirm if your therapist accepts your insurance.

If you are interested in using Out of Network benefits, we offer complimentary insurance benefit checks and we submit your super bills for you, so you can be reimbursed hassle-free!

We serve New York, New Jersey, Maryland and DC!

Clinical Supervision

Supervision will prepare you to treat adults using evidence based treatments in a variety of settings, guide you to maintain the highest ethical standards, and aid in your personal and clinical growth.

60 min session - $125-$175

(Student Discount Available)

Offerings:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for New Jersey & New York

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for New Jersey

Group and Individual Supervision is offered virtually.
