Honest Hour is a virtual therapy practice serving BIPOC communities in NY, NJ, MD, DC.
Psychotherapy

The goal of each session is to compassionately support you in navigating life’s transitions and collaborate with you to mindfully enhance your sense of self and live fully in your truth.

50 min session - $150 - $200

(Limited Sliding Scale Sessions)

Honest Hour currently accepts Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and UMR insurance. We offer complimentary insurance benefit checks if you are out of network and we submit your super bills for you, so you can be reimbursed hassle-free!

We serve New York, New Jersey, Maryland and DC! (all sessions are virtual)

Supervision will prepare you to treat adults using evidence based treatments in a variety of settings, guide you to maintain the highest ethical standards, and aid in your personal and clinical growth.

60 min session - $125-$175

(Student Discount Available)

Offerings:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for New Jersey & New York

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for New Jersey
