You're navigating a demanding career as a healthcare professional, constantly juggling the pressures of patient care, ambitious career goals, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The stress of always being on, compounded by the isolating experiences you have as a person of color in these white-dominated spaces, can feel isolating at times.

That's why in our sessions, it's all about you—your needs, desires, fears, and aspirations. This is your safe space to unwind, be yourself, and focus on what matters most to you.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, my goal is to help you regulate your emotions, enhance self-reflection, and challenge any negative thoughts that can weigh you down. These evidence-based approaches are proven to help you navigate the chronic stress, exposure to difficult situations, and anxiety you may experience.

Ultimately, my goal is to create a space for you to focus on yourself and learn effective coping strategies to support you through the most stressful times.
